Tracey, R.D.H.
Tracey worked as Certified Dental Assistant for 5 years prior to becoming a dental hygienist. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Montgomery County College in 2000.
Tracey has been active with the Special Olympics and received the Warner Lambert Award which recognizes her dedication in caring for patients with special needs.
Tracey is a compassionate and accomplished dental hygienist who genuinely cares about her patient's dental health.
Kristine, R.D.H.
Kristine received her dental hygiene degree for Harcum College in 1996 and completed her clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She was a clinical dental hygiene instructor at both Harcum College and the University of Pennsylvania.
Kristine has worked in Bucks County for over 10 years. Her experience includes providing dental hygiene care in general, prosthodontia and pediatric practices.
Kristine's main goal is patient comfort. She strives to keep up with the latest techniques in dentistry and incorporates them into providing exceptional dental hygiene care to her patients.
Our Expanded Functions Dental Assistants
Jessica, E.F.D.A
Jessica is a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She received her Associates degree from Bucks County Community College and completed her clinical training at Manor College. Her experience includes working in general, pediatric and periodontal dental practices.
Jessica has worked in Bucks County for 10 years and continues to attend advanced education courses to keep up with the latest in dental materials and techniques.
Jessica is a skilled and caring assistant who helps to provide beautiful aesthetic dental restorations for Dr. Miller's patients.
Helena (Lena), E.F.D.A
Lena is a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She received her degree from Manor College and has been actively working in the dental field for twenty two years. She has vast experience in all aspects of dentistry including adult, pediatrics and implants.
Lena is highly skilled and experienced E.F.D.A. and demonstrates great enthusiasm for her love of her work and Dr. Tedrow's patients.
Our Business Administrators
Karen - Financial Coordinator
Karen is our financial coordinator. She manages patient’s accounts and insurance processing and has been with Richboro Family Dentistry for over 5 years. Karen is an expert in helping patient's maximize their insurance benefits.
Her other professional experiences include orthodontics and advertising.
Karen has a very pleasant demeanor and strives to accommodate each and every patient. She strives to make their experience at Richboro Family Dentistry a positive one.
Lisa -Scheduling Coordinator
Lisa is our scheduling coordinator. She joined the team at Richboro Family Dentistry in July of 2006. Although she does a variety of tasks in the business end of the practice, her main responsibility is to manage the appointment book for both doctors and hygienists.
Lisa is a graduate of the Dental Assisting Program at Eton Technical Institute in Seattle WA. After moving from the west coast Lisa pursued her career as a dental assistant and executive administrator for Dr. Charles Martin in Richmond VA, a nationally known dental lecturer.
She possesses a thorough knowledge of dental procedures and is able to communicate this to our patients very effectively. Lisa is cheerful, outgoing, and demonstrates an eagerness to help our patients.
Andrea - Insurance Claims Manager
Elaine - Accounts Receivable Manager/Office Consultant
Elaine began her career in dental practice administration over 25 years ago. She had four years experience as general manager of a large dental practice in Philadelphia before she joined Drs. Miller and Tedrow in 1986. Elaine also worked in a public accounting firm for three years. Elaine has been an integral part of the business team for Richboro Family Dentistry. She currently processes insurance payments, and performs various accounting duties. Elaine also serves as a practice consultant assisting with management and administrative systems.
Elaine received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Temple University. She continued her education at the graduate level in business administration and accounting.
Elaine thoroughly enjoys working with the dynamic team and the wonderful family of patients at Richboro Family Dentistry.
Our Office Manager
Marcia - Office Manager
Our office manager Marcia has been in the business of dentistry since 1976. Prior to her employment with Richboro Family Dentistry in 2001 she worked for a general dentist in Williamsport PA for 15 years. Marcia has served in many areas of general dentistry, including business administration, chair-side assisting, staff relations, marketing and practice development.
She received her education from Penn College of Technology, Bucks County Community College, Helen Fuld School of Radiological Technology. She has also attended and participated in numerous continuing education courses in various aspects of the dental field and has trained with numerous professional dental office consultants.
Marcia takes a personal interest in her team members, helping to make their employment experience successful and rewarding. Marcia’s main goal is to ensure that Dr. Miller and Dr. Tedrow are able to deliver the very best in dental care in a comfortable, caring and professional environment.
